As the Account Owner, you have access to 24/7 email support and phone support from 9am-9pm.

  • We'll provide the dedicated phone number during onboarding

Viewer Support:

Vimeo does not provide Viewer Support for Vimeo Enterprise at this time. Viewers should reach out to a dedicated contact, such as your IT department, that has access to the Account Owner associated with the account. In turn, the Account Owner should reach out to Vimeo's technical support.
