Onboarding Day 1: Welcome to VE Onboarding

Welcome to Vimeo Enterprise! We’re looking forward to working with you and your team.

This is the first of a series of emails we’ll be sending throughout the next week that will guide you through all you need to know to be confident using the Vimeo platform. 

First things first, let’s talk resources! There are plenty of materials and trainings to help get you started: 

Enterprise Support - We know how important it is for your organization to succeed with Vimeo. And that’s why we’ve created a few ways for you to get in touch with our Enterprise Support team on any technical issues quickly. You can call us using the specific phone line and pin provided by your Account Manager. You can create a ticket using this form, so you can set a priority and get the quickest response. You can also email us directly at ve.enterprise.support@vimeo.com.

Vimeo Enterprise Live Training - If you haven’t already, we recommend that you sign up for an upcoming live product training led by a member of the Vimeo Customer Solutions Team. These sessions are an hour-long deep dive into the Vimeo  We’ll cover all you need to know, such as how to manage team members, share videos, go live, and use live interactivity tools. The Vimeo Help Center - The ultimate Vimeo knowledge base, our Help Center is the go-to place to find answers to specific feature questions that come up as you begin to navigate your account. 

Over the next few days, we’ll dedicate each day to a new topic to provide a deep dive into the Vimeo Enterprise tools. You’ll learn about:
